2-wing carbide tipped finger joint cutters
2-wing finger joint cutter, 160 mm diameter, 4mm thick x 50 mm or 70 mm bore (your choice). Used on Japanese machines, or on smaller imported finger joint shapers. These produce a 11.5 mm long finger joint for use on general millwork and studs. Tip size is 0.6mm wide, slope is 7 deg. CNC ground to tight tolerances, C3 micro-grain carbide tips, and hardened steel plate make our cutters work better. Our cutter are much less likely to break and create stronger joints. Cutters can be sharpened 12 to 25 times.
