These multi-profile heads offer a great choice for flexible and low cost profile production.  Great for T & G flooring, or other patterns upto 1/2" deep x 1.25" thick stock (width).  We also offer 60mm to 80mm wide versions for thickner / wider stock.  Heads use a hardened steel backing support plate and carbide knife patterned to any profile you need.  The same head can be used for any number of profiles just by quickly changing the knives and backers - most standard heads we stock have a constant 5" minor diameter to allow for quicker setup.  Knife and backers are produced quickly and a much lower cost.  40mm (1.57") wide backers cost $25.00ea. and knives $ 23.00ea. Standard heads offered from stock in 2-knife (8000 rpm max.), 40mm bore, 1.5" bore, 1-13/16" bore to fit most moulders, T-bushings to 1.25" are also offered for shapers to end match.  Call for prices and more details.  Custom sizes can be on your request.
