We offer a complete line of smooth bore cutter heads that fit most moulders & shapers. Heads are precision CNC machined from high strength steel and designed to operate at speeds up to 9,000 rpm. Heads are made to exceed the most stringent European OEM standards allowing you to produce smooth material finish with years of trouble free use. Custom moulder heads and Dual hook angle heads are also offered call for prices. Standard 12° or 22° cutter heads are normally shipped from stock.

| The S100 line with a 4" body diameter is designed for shapers & smaller non-jointed moulders. They offer the flexiblity to use corrugated knife steel which can be ground to any profile you require. No grinder; no problem we offer standard and custom made pre-profiled knives ready to run.

| Hydro-Locking Moulder Heads - 5.9" / 150mm Body Diameter

| The MH122, MH137, and MH150 lines are designed for most jointed production moulders. This size of head is the most common choice for millwork producers. 4-knife heads run from 70 to 200 ft/min., 6-knife run from 80 to 300 ft/min. [ based on 6,000 rpm ].
